2.12號晚上八點多到的，酒店就在一個村子裏，環境還蠻好！ 滿意的地方有2點:1.前台是兩位美女，到前台已經把房間給我們準備好了。2.房間特意換的3樓有露台的房間，房間跟平台的照片一樣的。3.另一個美女（這位美女估計看我轉了特大獎，那個美女不給我兑現，覺得不好意思）怕我們不認識路，還特意帶我們去房間！ 不滿意的地方有3點:1.轉的特大獎不給兑現！經過是這樣的：給我們準備的雙床房不是我定的特大床房，美女就給我換了，沒耽誤多久！再等的過程中旁邊有個抽獎轉盤，小孩就去轉了，另一個美女就給了小朋友一個小禮物，我問怎麼回事，她説入住房間都有一次轉盤抽獎，我就去轉，轉到特等獎了，她又説你小孩已經轉了個安慰獎，我這特大獎不算，而且特大獎還蠻大（送一晚住宿，3人温泉……），我説小孩轉之前你也沒講啊，更何況這種不應該直接跟大人講嗎？她又説之前有小孩轉了特大獎也沒算，就是誰轉了特大獎都不算唄！我老公説大過年出來玩的，就算了不要跟她計較了！2.去泡温泉就是受罪！我定的套餐裏有温泉，當晚入住後9點去泡，那温泉老闆説沒浴袍了，讓第二天下午3:30以後再來，結果第二天去，温泉池要一個個清洗放水，每開一個池子都是等人到了才準備開，要先去清洗池子再放水什麼的，而且工作人員好像就一個人，這就要等將近一個小時，好不容易等到搞清楚了，又被兩個***佔了池子（那兩個人也是前一天沒泡成，第二天氣沖沖的去佔池子），又要再等將近一個小時，再開一個池子，下午4點鐘去6點才得泡，搞的沒心情泡了，全州大碧頭温泉、龍勝温泉酒店温泉都沒這麼奇葩吧！3.套餐裏的千家洞度假景區不是巖洞的門票，就是在酒店周圍轉轉，這還要特別説明嗎？住酒店難道酒店周邊不能轉轉？ 總之不會去第二次！

酒店自身就是風景，很美！房間、早餐比較簡單，但房間設施還算齊全、早餐雜糧也算多樣，酒店最好的地方是服務到位，每個崗位的員工都盡職盡責、禮貌周到，讓人心裏暖暖的。
